How can my organization use InfoTRAK?

InfoTRAK can be a useful tool for maintaining your organization’s member information. The database stores member information that can be updated, printed and retrieved. Having member information centrally located and easily available will reduce the administrative workload necessary to operate your organization. Information contained in the database can be exported and used by word processor or label printing software to ease the job of organizational mailings.

InfoTRAK can also be used as a promotional item for fund raising. The database can be populated with member information and then offered to members, as a premium, to generate needed funds within your organization.

Grade schools, PTA, PTO and home-school organizations can use the pictorial version of InfoTRAK as interactive yearbooks. CD’s produced by Burdock can be fund raiser premiums, or given to students as an annual school remembrance.

How can I get my information into the database?

What versions of InfoTRAK are there?

InfoTRAK-GS

InfoTRAK-GS is our grade school version. It is a digital yearbook containing individual pictures with a fun facts profile of each student. An audio/visual 'movie' is captured of each student which will create a lasting impression for years to come. Composites and additional pictures may be incorporated which students may access over and over from his/her's personal compact disc.

InfoTRAK-HS

InfoTRAK-HS is our high school version. It closely resembles our InfoTRAK-GS product.

InfoTRAK-F and InfoTRAK-FP

InfoTRAK-F is our original product. Designed for colleges, fraternities or sororities, this version was designed to make it a little easier to keep everyone in touch. Alumni information is gathered to allow fellow alumni the ability to keep in touch or give active college students the option to search and network for job opportunities. InfoTRAK-F contains a wealth of information. This is your premier source for keeping tabs on your alumni base. InfoTRAK-FP is the same as InfoTRAK-F with the addition of a picture of each alumni.

InfoTRAK is designed for any group that has a need to keep records of individual members. Easy search capabilities are incorporated to locate an individual based on any of the many fields of information which an organization may collect.
